I am a licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor in Cookeville, TN, serving clients in the Upper Cumberland area of Middle and East Tennessee. I work with adults over the age of eighteen. Many of my clients come in when encountering life transitions. I am particularly passionate about serving women adjusting to changes over the life span. I also have advanced training in the area of nutrition, mindfulness, and EMDR. Likewise, I have a special interest in psychedelic assisted therapy, for which I am currently seeking training.

I was a public school teacher and guidance counselor for 25 years. I received my degrees at Tennessee Tech University and Argosy University. Furthermore, I gained invaluable experience under the mentorship of Dr. Carole Lovell, for which I feel extremely privileged. Outside of private practice, I am the mother of three grown children and five grandchildren.
